I use hypnotherapy with psychotherapy for the treatment & alleviation of physical and psychological symptoms associated with anxiety. Anxiety is the biggest mental health challenge of our time. Tied with depression, anxiety is the most common mental health disorder in the UK.
Hypnosis enables you to make the positive changes you desire. If you have a habit that you no longer want, I use suggestion, whilst in hypnosis to enable the change quickly and effectively.
